SUNDAY, MAY 11, 2008
8:00 am – 8:45 am Eucharist in the Church
A simple eucharist with a homily and without music. Coffee follows.
9:00 am – 10:00 am Baptism and Eucharist in the Church
A full service with sermon, hymns and the healing rite. Children second grade and under go out for storytime and prayers during the sermon and return at the peace. The Boy Choir, Girl Choir and St. Columba Singers sing. Child care is available.
9:15 am – 9:45 am Baptism and Eucharist for Preschool Children and Their Families in the Great Hall
The liturgy is simplified, the gospel told story-style and there are songs children can sing.
11:15 am – 12:15 pm Eucharist in the Church
Full liturgy with sermon, hymns and the healing rite. The St. Columba Singers and the Singers Ensemble sing. Child care is available.
11:15 am – 12:00 pm Eucharist for Preschool Children and Their Families in the Great Hall
The liturgy is simplified, the gospel told story-style and there are songs children can sing.
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Eucharist in the Church
This smaller service with a sermon and hymns offers another way to organize your weekend and still get to church. The style of worship and music varies from week to week.
