Come experience our labyrinth, our newest tool for spiritual growth, self-reflection, stress reduction and quieting the mind. No experience necessary! UPCOMING WALKS

Open Walks
All are welcome to experience St. Columba’s labyrinth during regularly scheduled “Open Walks” on select weeknights from 6-8 pm and on select Saturdays from 10 am-noon. All take place in the Great Hall unless noted otherwise.

Weekday Walks
7-9 pm (45-minute program, followed by an open walk)
Tues., Oct. 17: Yoga and walk
Thurs., Nov. 19: Labyrinth History and walk (to be confirmed)

Saturdays Open Walk
10 am-12 noon
As your fall schedule fills up, consider “filling up” your soul with a peaceful 20 minutes on St. Columba’s labyrinth in the Great Hall. The canvas labyrinth is opened up at select times to all ages, faiths and abilities. Take home labyrinths and coloring are provided for children who prefer a different activity.

Art All Night: Sat., Sept. 23, 7-9 pm
Come out for a this Tenley Main Street initiative that includes: a labyrinth walk for all ages with live music (including Arvo Part's beautiful works for piano & violin), a labyrinth coloring station for children, as well as art exhibits by Kathleen Cooper (sculpture), Robert Erskine (painting), Lee Ewing (photography) and Nancy Frankel (sculpture).

St. Columba’s mails a printed newsletter to 1400 parishioner homes just prior to the first of the month. An electronic version is also posted online here (in downloadable PDF and online magazine formats). There are 10 issues each year (monthly with the exception of January and August).

Deadlines fall on the 15th of the month previous to publication.
Format: Text and 300 dpi (print resolution) pictures. Articles may run 300-750 words.

It is our policy to publish in our newsletters and on our website photographs of parishioners engaged in church activities, as a way of showing the life and spirit of this parish. We are sensitive to privacy concerns and do not name people in photographs except in rare instances and only with prior permission from the individuals pictured.
