St. Columba's Episcopal Church

Set Sail with St. Columba

Date: June 29, 2017

With the same adventurous spirit as our patron saint, Columba–the Irish saint who set sail from Derry in 563 to found his monastery on the Scottish island of Iona–Columbans will venture out this summer. Some will find the Columba spirit at the seashore, and some at a local pond or backyard kiddie pool.

Set sail with Columba this summer ... just download your Columba paper sailboat design and follow the folding directions.

Share your sailing adventure by posting a picture on Facebook with the hashtag #ColumbaSails. Or send your picture to news@columba.org

Who knows where the St. Columba spirit will take us! Want to know more about Columba's travels? Learn more>
