This is the preliminary calendary for next school year 2013-2014. These dates (especially those noted in blue) are subject to change due to weather and availability of the church space. The proposed calendar dates are listed below.
August 26th - Teachers return to school
August 29th - September 4th - Home visits occur
September 2nd - Labor Day Holiday
September 4th - New Student Classroom Visits and *Back to School Night
September 5th and 6th - First Days of School (half the class each day)
September 6th - Welcome Back Picnic
October 14th - Columba Day Holiday (school closed)
October 18th - MAESA Conference (school closed)
October 31st - All-school Halloween Parade
November 21st and 22nd - NAEYC Conference (school closed)
November 27, 28, & 29 - Thanksgiving Holiday
December 19th - *Christmas Service
December 20th - January 5th - Christmas Vacation
January 6th - school resumes
January 20th - MLK Day (school closed)
February 14-17 - Mid-Winter Break/Presidents' Day Holiday
March 24- 28 - Spring Break
April 18th & 21st - Good Friday and Easter Monday (school closed)
May 4th - Family Open House
May 26th - Memorial Day (school closed)
June 4th - Teddy Bear Picnic & Last Day of School
