There will be a memorial service for Julie Deming Granum at the Sandy Spring Friends School Meetinghouse on May 17 at 2 pm. Julie, 26, died April 2 in San Diego, Ca.
Charting a New Course:
Material from the special parish meeting on Sunday, Feb. 10 (compilation of Newsletter articles) and other handouts from the Charting a New Course forums is available on the Forums page. CDs of these forums (including the most recent topic, Outreach) are available for check-out in the Craig Eder Library. The final forum in this series is on June 1.
Publicity:
Please send announcements to publicity@columba.org. The deadline for St. Columba Sunday (the Sunday wrapper) is Wednesday evening. We appreciate at least two weeks advance notice for parish group meetings.
If your parish group plans to meet at church, remember to request a room assignment through Rose Cullen in the church office. You can consult the Newsletter Schedule [PDF] for newsletter deadlines through July.
If you find any errors in the website or in any publication that need attention, please notify Michelle Larsen.
Help in the Parish Office:
We need some extra help answering the phones and greeting visitors in the church office. If you can volunteer any weekday morning (9 am-1 pm) or afternoon (1-5 pm) in the coming weeks, please contact Staff Assistant Rose Cullen at church.
