Learning to Pause in the Wilderness: An Embodied Lenten Mini-Retreat

This Lenten mini-retreat offers a pause for nourishment and rest through prayer, reflection, and embodied spiritual practice. Using sound, silence, scripture, and spaciousness, participants are invited to wander the wilderness and be assured of God’s presence in and through the body. This experience is a simple, nourishing opportunity to practice holy listening, tend the soul, and honor the body as a beloved part of God’s good creation. We will be led by the Rev. Callie Swanlund—wholehearted spiritual companion, retreat leader, and author of From Weary to Wholehearted, a resource on overcoming burnout.
