Pentecost Action

Thanks to everyone who came down to the Capitol last Tuesday (and for everyone else praying for the event)! We joined more than 500 people of faith from all over the region. St. Columba’s had the largest group there (more than 50)! We filled the Senate steps of the Capitol, and sent a clear message to Congress that our faith calls us to protect the poor, the sick, the hungry, and the marginalized—and to resist any budget that would deepen injustice and suffering.
