Bronwyn Roy
As the Director of Strategic Engagement, Bronwyn is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy, in-person and online, to invite all who are spiritually curious to those well on their journey of discipleship into a deeper relationship with God and with St. Columba’s. As part of the engagement strategy, Bronwyn supports the Communications and Connect teams, works with volunteers for the annual stewardship campaign committee and planned giving program, as well as laying the groundwork for future capital campaigns. Most importantly, Bronwyn helps to promote a culture of gratitude within the parish as we come to a deeper appreciation of our blessings from God and the potential for our life together in Christ, embodying God’s love, justice and mercy.
A lifelong Episcopalian, Bronwyn was raised in Connecticut and spend two years as a child in Tanzania where her parents were lay missionaries for the Diocese of Mount Kilimanjaro. She moved to New York for college and migrated to DC in 2008. Bronwyn has been an active member of St. Columba’s since 2009 with her partner, Jim and two children.
