Welcome to St. Columba’s facility scheduling system. To get started, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Before submitting your first request, you must create a user account.

  1. Visit our Scheduling Portal.
  2. Click “Need an account?” at the bottom of the login box.
  3. Fill out your name, email, and contact information.
  4. Check your email for a confirmation link to activate your account and set your password.

Step 2: Submit a Room Request

Once you are logged in, submitting a request takes only a few minutes:

  1. Click New Request in the top right corner.
  2. Select Schedule Request.
  3. Event Details: Enter the name of your event and a brief description.
  4. Choose Your Space: Select the building and the specific room(s) you wish to reserve.
  5. Date & Time: Choose your date and start/end times. If the event repeats, select the “Repeat” option to schedule multiple dates at once.
  6. Submit: Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

What happens next?

After you submit your request, our facilities team will review it. You will receive an automated email notification once your request has been Approved or if we have questions regarding your reservation.

Funerals

Funeral services are live streamed on St. Columba’s YouTube page at the time of the service. Following the service, a direct link will be provided to the family for sharing with loved ones. Please note, there is no link to the service beforehand; simply visit our YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/@StColumbasEpiscopalChurch) at the scheduled time.
