Elliott May
Elliott May joined the St. Columba’s community in August 2020 as the Director of Youth Ministries. Elliott loves working with young people and believes that they bring a unique and vital perspective to the life of the church.
Raised in Tulsa, OK as the son of a pastor, Elliott studied history at the University of Oklahoma before going to work in urban education as an AmeriCorps member. Elliott spent four years working with middle and high school students in Tulsa Public Schools before feeling the call to seminary. Prior to coming to St. Columba’s, Elliott graduated from Princeton Seminary with the Master of Divinity.
Elliott is married to Molly and they have one daughter, Lucy. They are excited to be living in D.C. and to be joining such a vibrant parish. In his free time, Elliott loves reading, watching sports, and trying to brew the perfect cup of coffee.
