Cami Caudill

As Minister for Equity and Justice, Cami collaborates with clergy and lay leaders to support our current ministries at St. Columba’s, such as the Water Ministry. Through community outreach and partnership, and parishioner engagement, Cami facilitates our mission to eradicate family homelessness in the District through learning.
Cami has an extensive background in community engagement, outreach, education, facilitation and nonprofit leadership. Earning her B.S. in Secondary Education, and an MS.E.D. in Educational Leadership, she has served in leadership positions in non-profits, focusing on community and government partnerships, system efficiencies and program development. Out of college, Cami worked in education, teaching in low-income schools, focusing on student and family engagement, and training pre-service teachers.
A member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with her family, Cami has served on the vestry and is deeply committed to sharing the light and love of Jesus through social justice and equity.
